Hello, my name is Alexandre Magnin

As a self-employed visual artist and illustrator, I create original animation videos, hand-drawn illustrations, cartoons, and custom visual content for a wide range of clients and projects.

My artistic and design skills are complemented by 25 years of experience in web marketing, communication, and project management. During this time I have worked with small and large organizations, including Coca-Cola, Electronic Arts, The Natural Step, The Co-operators, and many others. Above all, I bring reliability, rigour, patience, and a strong ability to transform complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals that strengthen brands and communicate effectively.

For the past 14 years I have specialized in creating compelling hand-drawn animations and illustrations, with a particular focus on educational and storytelling projects. My personal initiative, Sustainability Illustrated, features over 150 original whiteboard explainer videos that make important concepts accessible to everyone. The videos are available for free on sustainabilityillustrated.com and on my YouTube channel youtube.com/learnsustainability. I also create customized animation videos and illustrations for organizations that want to communicate their stories, initiatives, and ideas in a memorable and effective way.

I divide my time between my computer (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and my drawing board (pencil, charcoal, ink, watercolour, gouache), choosing the medium that best serves each project. When words are needed, I communicate fluently in English or French.
